Collagen Induction Therapy

Collagen Induction Therapy also known as Medical Micro-needling is an extremely popular anti-aging treatment.
CIT has been widely used in aesthetic medicine for years. Initially trialled in 1905 to treat scars, birthmarks and hyper pigmentation.
Today it is still used to treat all the above, recorded added benefits of plumper, firmer, renewed skin has made CIT a very desirable anti-aging treatment.

Hyper dermic sterile needles on a small rolling device is used to roll and penetrate the skin, at the medical depth of 1.5mm the dermis is reached, stimulating production of collagen cell turnover, elastin and hyaluronic acid. All of which provide a plumping effect and renewed skin.

Some minimal bleeding may occur; however, it is minimally invasive with minimal side effects, it has become an affordable beauty treatment procedure aiding real results for firmer, plumper skin.

The benefits of eradicated fine lines, sun damage, scarring, and even skin texture is improved and continues to enhance skin clarity in the following weeks due to the time it takes for the new collagen to formulate.
